I am a licensed therapist with 27 years of clinical experience, licensed to practice in Pe. My clinical practice focuses on helping clients navigate stress management, anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, trauma from abuse, family therapy, among other presenting concerns. I believe that therapeutic work is most effective when grounded in a genuine, collaborative partnership built on mutual respect and trust. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel genuinely heard and understood. I work with clients to identify underlying patterns, understand their root causes, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies for meaningful change. Together, we build tools and insights that help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Additional areas of clinical focus include confidence and personal empowerment, anger management, motivation and goal-setting.
