I am a licensed therapist with 5 years of clinical experience, licensed to practice in Te. My clinical practice focuses on helping clients navigate stress management, anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, loss, among other presenting concerns. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel genuinely heard and understood. I work with clients to identify underlying patterns, understand their root causes, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies for meaningful change.
