I am a licensed therapist with 23 years of clinical experience, licensed to practice in Fl. My clinical practice focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, loss, substance use disorders, among other presenting concerns. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel genuinely heard and understood. I work with clients to identify underlying patterns, understand their root causes, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies for meaningful change. Together, we build tools and insights that help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
