I am a psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples and families. My clinical experience includes treating persons who suffer with symptoms of anxiety or depression. Also, Many individuals can benefit from professional support while dealing with the stressors of life, such as the death of a loved one, separation and divorce. It is common for people to experience anxiety which can make it difficult to function in their daily lives. Also, in today’s world, many individuals need help to free themselves from dependence on alcohol or other drugs. Help with mending a damaged self-esteem, developing greater self- confidence and self- esteem. I can help you sort out these issues and many others. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression.
