I am a licensed mental health professional. My clinical practice focuses on helping clients navigate stress management, anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, relationship and interpersonal issues, communication and conflict resolution, among other presenting concerns. I believe that therapeutic work is most effective when grounded in a genuine, collaborative partnership built on mutual respect and trust. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel genuinely heard and understood. I work with clients to identify underlying patterns, understand their root causes, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies for meaningful change. Together, we build tools and insights that help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Additional areas of clinical focus include attachment and relational patterns, workplace stress and professional challenges.
